![]() ![]() I like the similes when comparing who someone looks like, but the drops of rain are the most effectively described. It provides great character insight between dialog and descriptions, but it also allows for you to decide for yourself what you think of each protagonist. There's something else going on, yet we can't quite tell what might be happening. You feel a bit of tension but perhaps some respect. The plot, not lengthy nor complex, is just enough to whet your appetite.
